SC Reaffirms GST arrest Powers

The Supreme Court, held that the issue already stood conclusively decided by the three-Judge Bench in Radhika Agarwal v. Union of India and accordingly disposed of the petition in terms of that judgment. 

The decision further strengthens the legal foundation of the GST arrest mechanism and discourages repetitive constitutional challenges.
