RP entitled to access leased assets

The Ahmedabad Bench of the NCLT directed return of the leased EV vehicles forming part of the Corporate Debtor's assets, while declining to adjudicate disputed monetary claims arising under the lease agreements, leaving such claims to be pursued before the appropriate forum.
