Protective assessment rejected

The Delhi High Court, by order dated 20 July 2026, dismissed the Revenue's appeal against the Tribunal's decision which had set aside protective assessments under the Income-tax Act. 

The Court found no error in the Tribunal's factual finding that the Revenue had failed to establish any incriminating material.
