Pre existing Dispute bars CIRP

The National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench, dismissed a Section 9 application filed against Flipkart Internet Private Limited, holding that the correspondence exchanged between the parties prior to the issuance of the demand notice clearly established the existence of a genuine and substantial pre-existing dispute.
