Market support expenses allowed

The ITAT, Pune upheld the CIT(A)'s order deleting disallowances aggregating over ₹680 crore relating to advertisement and sales promotion expenses, marketing support expenses, service charges and depreciation on coolers, following its own decisions in the assessee's case spanning Assessment Years 1997-98 to 2016-17.
