ITAT says that settled issues cannot be repeated reopened

The ITAT, Pune, dismissed the Revenue's challenge to the allowability of advertisement, marketing support, service charges and depreciation on coolers claimed by Coca-Cola India Pvt. Ltd., following binding precedents in the assessee's own case spanning several assessment years.
