ISD Credit on leadership fee

The CESTAT, Hyderabad, held that service tax paid on consortium leadership fees was eligible for CENVAT credit as the services formed part of a composite turnkey contract, were validly distributed through the ISD mechanism and qualified under Rule 6(5) of the CENVAT Credit Rules, 2004.
