Haryana GST issued Executive Ins on Service of Notices and orders

The Haryana Excise & Taxation Department has directed that GST Show Cause Notices and Demand Orders be additionally sent through registered or speed post for taxpayer awareness. 

While service through the GST common portal remains the legally valid mode under Section 169 of the Haryana GST Act, physical dispatch will now supplement electronic communication.
