Gold Confiscation upheld

The Delhi High Court upheld the concurrent findings of the Adjudicating Authority, Commissioner (Appeals) and Revisional Authority, holding that the petitioner had failed to establish that he intended to declare the goods or that his statement recorded under Section 108 of the Customs Act was involuntary.
