E-way bill Ecosystem-factory to dealer-Part 2 of 6

This note is Part 2 of the 6 part series and focussing on the e-way bill ecosystem when there is supply of goods from the factory premises to the dealer premises. This would be equally applicable from a factory to the stockist and from the stockist to the respective dealers as well. It is suggested that all the 6 parts may be read together to have a comprehensive understanding of the e-way bill ecosystem.
