Conflicting Orders cannot Co-exist

It is very vexating for India Inc., where there are parallel proceedings. While the revenue has the liberty of issuance of SCN for matters when it comes to revenue safeguard, it is almost frustrating when there are two notices on the same matter for the same period and for which two orders are passed. The Kerala High Court has held that conflicting GST orders cannot co-exist.
